Experience the finest Japanese omakase in Sydney with a seat at our chef's table. Join us in front of our 8-seater open kitchen, where the talented Taka Teramoto, formerly of Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo and Paris, leads an exquisite culinary journey.
Our tasting menu celebrates seasonal produce, skillfully harmonising authentic Japanese flavours with the richness of Australian ingredients.
The Chef’s Table experience is $ 220 per person.
Available Tuesday to Thursday from 6:30 pm
Friday and Saturday, 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm
Please note that we do not offer a la carte; the menu comprises raw and cooked seafood, gluten, dairy and meat.
Unfortunately, we cannot cater for no seafood, meat or vegetarians.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Kuro's Chef's Table:
We require credit card details to secure all reservations.
There is no charge to the credit card at the time of booking.
There will only be a charge if you cancel, change or do not come to your booking.
To avoid fees, please let us know 72 hours before the reservation time; otherwise, there will be a cancellation fee as below:
-Within 72 hours, $125 per person
-Within 48 hours, a total amount of $220 per person.
Please note that we can only accept cancellations via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please contact the restaurant directly.
We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations.
Kuro’s Chef's Table is available Tuesday to Thursday from 6:30 pm
Friday and Saturday at 6 pm and 8:30 pm.
We encourage all customers to arrive on time as we can only start until everyone comes.
Kuro's Chef's Table booking is only available one month prior.
Kuro’s Chef's Table does not offer al la carte.
